For your benefit, certain conditions are necessary for the smooth running and enjoyment of our medical office. We trust you will enjoy your experience with us and understand the following guidelines.

Quality Service and Staff

Our office therapists are all certified and licensed health professional. We no longer accept gratuities on credit cards. Please bring cash or check with you.

Appointment

Please arrive on time for your appointment, to ensure the quality and special time that you deserve. If you are first time client, please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment so that you will have time to prepare for the treatment.

Skin Care and Wellness Consultations

These are recommended before any first time treatment, Venus Freeze skin tightening, Laser hair removal, IPL photo facial, Dermasweep facial, Chemical peel, SNP Gene analysis. Please call to schedule a consultation before your service begins.

No Smoking and No Cellular Telephone

For everyone’s enjoyment and health, we offer a non-smoking environment. We also ask that you kindly turn off your cellular telephones during your office visit.

Professional Retail Products

We offer a complete array of professional medical graded and organic skin care and wellness products. Please, ask our professional staff to personally prescribe a complete regimen for you, so your skin will look and your body will feel it’s very best between office visits.

Cancellation Policy

A Visa, Master or Discover Credit Card is required to hold reservation. 48 hour cancellation required or the cancellation fee will be 100% of the services.

Reserved Rights of our Office

We regret that we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items, please keep valuables at home. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff. Please note all returned retail products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Opened retail items are not returnable. Qualifying retail products returned unused and received at the point of purchase within 30 days of invoice. Non-returnable items are custom orders (specials) used products, product with missing packaging, expired shelf-life product, discontinued products.

Pre-paid Treatment Packages Cancellation

If for whatever reason you decide not to continue with your treatment series, we will refund the open amount, however the already provided treatment(s) will be charged at the full price of the treatment (without packaged discounted prices).
